2030 AGENDA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

GITV, through the #SDGAction43232, created the \"Partner for Industrial Innovation in Mexico\" initiative, aligned to contribute to 3 goals and 12 targets of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8 DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWTH<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goal 8: Promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment, and decent work for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.2: Achieve higher levels of economic productivity through diversification, technological upgrading, and innovation, focusing on sectors with high value-added and labor-intensive activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.3: Promote development-oriented policies that support productive activities, decent job creation, entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation, and encourage the formalization and growth of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.4: Progressively improve resource efficiency in consumption and production and endeavor to decouple economic growth from environmental degradation, following the 10-year framework of sustainable consumption and production patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.5: Achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including for young people and persons with disabilities, and equal pay for work of equal value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9 INDUSTRY, INNOVATION, AND INFRASTRUCTURE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goal 9: Build resilient infrastructure, promote sustainable industrialization and foster innovation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.1: Develop reliable, sustainable, resilient, and quality infrastructure, including regional and cross-border infrastructure, to support economic development and human well-being, focusing on affordable and equitable access for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.2: Promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and significantly increase the industry's contribution to employment and gross domestic product, according to national circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.3: Increase the access of small industries and other businesses, particularly in developing countries, to financial services, including affordable credit, and their integration into value chains and markets<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12<\/strong> 12 RESPONSIBLE PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objective 12: Guarantee sustainable consumption and production patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12.2: Achieve sustainable management and efficient use of natural resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12.4: Achieve environmentally sound management of chemicals and all wastes throughout their life cycle, using agreed international frameworks, and significantly reduce their release to air, water and land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12.5: Substantially reduce waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling and reuse activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12.6: Encourage large and transnational companies to adopt sustainable practices and integrate sustainability information into their reporting cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12.7: Promote sustainable public procurement practices, through national policies and priorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
