GITV, through the #SDGAction43232, created the "Partner for Industrial Innovation in Mexico" initiative, aligned to contribute to 3 goals and 12 targets of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

8 DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWTH
Goal 8: Promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment, and decent work for all.
8.2: Achieve higher levels of economic productivity through diversification, technological upgrading, and innovation, focusing on sectors with high value-added and labor-intensive activities.
8.3: Promote development-oriented policies that support productive activities, decent job creation, entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation, and encourage the formalization and growth of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.
8.4: Progressively improve resource efficiency in consumption and production and endeavor to decouple economic growth from environmental degradation, following the 10-year framework of sustainable consumption and production patterns.
8.5: Achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including for young people and persons with disabilities, and equal pay for work of equal value.
9 INDUSTRY, INNOVATION, AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Goal 9: Build resilient infrastructure, promote sustainable industrialization and foster innovation
9.1: Develop reliable, sustainable, resilient, and quality infrastructure, including regional and cross-border infrastructure, to support economic development and human well-being, focusing on affordable and equitable access for all.
9.2: Promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and significantly increase the industry's contribution to employment and gross domestic product, according to national circumstances.
9.3: Increase the access of small industries and other businesses, particularly in developing countries, to financial services, including affordable credit, and their integration into value chains and markets
12 12 RESPONSIBLE PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION
Objective 12: Guarantee sustainable consumption and production patterns.
12.2: Achieve sustainable management and efficient use of natural resources.
12.4: Achieve environmentally sound management of chemicals and all wastes throughout their life cycle, using agreed international frameworks, and significantly reduce their release to air, water and land.
12.5: Substantially reduce waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling and reuse activities.
12.6: Encourage large and transnational companies to adopt sustainable practices and integrate sustainability information into their reporting cycle.
12.7: Promote sustainable public procurement practices, through national policies and priorities.
